AT
THE AIRPORT:
If you are traveling
to Heathrow Airport, our transfer partner will take you directly to
your terminal. We will drop you at the terminal door by the departures
area, and our driver will help you unload your luggage.
When you are traveling
from the airport, we understand that flights can be delayed (or even
arrive early) and it can take time to clear immigration and customs. We
have real-time arrival and departure data and our service is designed
to make things as simple as possible. This means you don’t have to
worry about when you land.
And, as long as you
pre-book, you do not have to worry about the service being full. We
track the flight details of all of our passengers, and know when to
expect them, so we will make sure that we have enough vehicles ready to
take you to your hotel.
FRIENDLY
STAFF IN EVERY TERMINAL:
On arriving at
Heathrow Airport, collect your luggage, pass through customs and make
your way to our desk in the terminals.
Our friendly staff
will then check you in. When your vehicle arrives, we will escort you
to the vehicle, and assist you with your luggage. You can then sit back
and relax as we take you to your hotel door.

DOES IT WORK:

you want to go, 24/7. We have vehicles traveling between central London
and the airport every five minutes.
You don’t need to
worry about traffic. We use express bus lanes to avoid most of the
queues and have live traffic data to get us around any major
disruption. Our vehicles have been specifically designed for this
service and will transport you in comfort, with plenty of room for you
and your luggage.
This is a service for
everyone. We can provide safety seats for children, and if you have

TRAVELING
TO THE AIRPORT:
Tell us which flight
you are on, and rely on us to pick you up when you need to travel. When
the time comes to leave, we will call you when the vehicle is half a
mile away, to make sure that you are ready to go. Sharing with others
will barely slow you down; there will only be three other pick ups (all
in your local area) before we speed off to the airport

IN TOTAL COMFORT:
Our fleet includes
custom-built, climate-controlled vehicles that give you as much space
to stretch out and relax as you might expect from a first class airline
seat*. The vehicles have been custom-built to provide expansive storage
space for all your luggage.
All our vehicles are
equipped with advanced route-planning and congestion tracking systems,
and receive up-to-the minute flight information, all designed to get
you to the airport on time and in comfort.
*Our latest vehicles
have seats that are up to 21 inches wide and recline back up to an
angle of 30%. First class seats on BA flights are also 21 inches wide,
World Traveler Plus seats are 18.5 inches wide and United ‘First’ on
domestic routes in the US are 20.5 inches wide.
TRAVELING
FROM THE AIRPORT:
When your flight
lands, please progress through immigration, baggage reclaim and
customs. When you have cleared customs, please proceed to our desk to
check in for our service. Do not worry if your flight is delayed. We
have vehicles leaving the airport every 5 minutes, and as long as you
book in advance we will be able to accommodate you when you arrive.
Come to our desk in
the terminal and the size of our fleet means we guarantee that you will
not wait long. We understand that flights can be delayed, but the
frequency of our service means you will be on your way within 20
minutes no matter what.
As long as you book in
advance, you will not have to wait more than 20 minutes for your
vehicle. We track live flight information so that we know that you are
coming, and can have a vehicle ready.
LONDON
HEATHROW AIRPORT

of Operation
We serve every flight departing or arriving at Heathrow Airport.
HOTEL
PICK-UP:
If you are traveling
to the airport, simply tell us when you are flying and we will work out
when we need to pick you up to get you to the airport in plenty of time
for your flight. Due to traffic conditions and the location of other
pick ups, we arrive in a 15 minute pick up window. The time that we
quote as your pick up time is the start of this window. Please make
sure that you are checked out and ready to travel at the start of the
pick up window.
We will give you a
call 30 minutes before the start of your pick up window to remind you
that we are coming. When our vehicle is half a mile away, we will give
you another call to your mobile / cell phone so that you can be ready
for us. As you will be sharing your journey with a few other
passengers, we need you to be ready on time. Therefore please make sure
that you are ready to travel at the start of your pick up window.
Going to Heathrow: If
you are traveling to Heathrow Airport we will drop you at the
departures door of your terminal at Heathrow Airport
Traveling
with children:
Navigating London’s
transport network can be hard at the best of times. Traveling with
children and luggage is even more difficult. our transfer partner makes
traveling with children simpler.
When accompanied by
adults, children of any age are welcome on our service.
- We are not
able to provide child safety seats for children under three. Children
under three are permitted to travel on their parents’ lap. If you are
bringing your own, safety seat please let us know. Please be aware
that, for safety reasons, you will be required to fit the seat
yourselves
- Children
aged between three and eight are advised to sit on a special booster
seat. We can provide these seats for you.
- Children
over eight do not require a special safety seat
Please tell us the age
of your children when you are booking, and what your seating plans are,
so we can serve you best. Folding pushchairs and strollers can easily
be accommodated in our luggage area.
Group
booking:
We offers even better
value for groups of travelers. Our pricing structure offers discounts
for groups of 10 passengers and above.
Special
Needs
Our vehicles are not
fitted with special needs access equipment. However, we can accept
wheelchair clients provided they are able to board and disembark the
bus unaided and that the wheelchair is collapsible. We can also arrange
more suitable transport if given sufficient notice. Clients traveling
in or with a wheelchair are asked to give details at the time of
reservation.
Vouchers
Unless otherwise
advised, all pre-booked clients must be in possession of one (1) valid
travel voucher, for travel in either direction. The voucher must
contain the date of transfer, number and names of clients, origination
and destination points and the agent's name and reference number.
Vouchers will not be returned with the relevant invoice but will be
held in our office for 60 days from the date of transfer.
For all concerns and
change of plans, a phone number 24/24 - 7/7 and an email address will
be provided with your voucher after purchasing the service.
